This villa is currently undergoing an exciting and total renovation, with an estimated completion of Winter 2025!
This Kiawah Island vacation rental sleeps 6, offers a spacious screened porch, and is a 3-minute bike ride to the nearest beach.
This first-floor villa boasts soft, warm hues and plenty of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a TV, scenic views, and door access to the screened porch. A queen-size sleeper sofa is available for guests in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen offers enough counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area offers scenic views and seats 4.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, scenic views, and door access to the screened porch. The private primary bathroom offers a double-sink vanity and a shower and bathtub combination.
The secondary bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ample closet space, and a secondary bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway.
The spacious screened porch is incredibly peaceful and is the perfect place to relax or enjoy your morning coffee.
The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Property was showing its age. Not the cleanest upon arrival. Plenty of cobwebs in corners and the dishwasher was still loaded. Best was the half empty sippy cup filed with curdled milk left in the bedside drawer.

We loved this condo! The screen porch was heaven!
I did note that the shower curtain in the master bath had quite a bit of mold on it. Other than that it was awesome!
