In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental has an incredible location and is just about a 5-minute walk from the beach! It’s also located in close proximity to the tennis and pickleball courts, The Sanctuary hotel, and five public golf courses within a short driving distance. The fully renovated villa offers 3 bedrooms, high-end finishes throughout, and a lovely screened porch.
You will immediately enter this first-floor villa on vacation mode when you are greeted by the coastal ambiance! The living area offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy preparing your meals in the completely renovated kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, a stunning backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area offers plenty of seating, including a window seat bench.
The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also with a king-sized bed and TV, has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Guests will enjoy dining al fresco or simply relaxing on the villa’s screened porch. The porch has a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, high-top table with 3 chairs, and a lounge chair. It’s the perfect place to relax in the morning or after a round of golf at one of the five public golf courses Kiawah has to offer!
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Loved having three bathrooms for our group. It was a quick bike ride to the beach. Our first time to Kiawah and we found it lovely and very relaxing. Other than the beach, the boys played golf and we shopped in Charleston. Great week!!

I have learned in vacation rentals that pictures are not always reliable. But in this case the pictures advertised a beautiful 3 BR rental on Kiawah!!!Also the customer service representative helped us figure out what kind of coffee maker was in the unit.All in all this was a stress free rental and a good time was had by all!!

We had a great time staying on Kiawah Island in this adorable Tennis Court Villa which is located in the heart of the resort. Loved having the tennis courts right there, along with a quick & easy bike ride to the beach. Especially liked having the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park right around the corner as well. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. We have rented from Akers Ellis previously, and they're rentals are always exactly as described and immaculately maintained.
