This cottage features a wide sundeck, roomy living area and sunny skylights, providing guests with maximum comfort. This property has a king bedroom, two twins and a sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to six guests with parking for two cars. There is a deck with gas and charcoal grill, screened porch with a lagoon view. An open-air outdoor shower is available (cold water only). Three TVs, wireless internet, 250 yards from the beach access.
This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Quiet locartion at end of the street. Screened porch overlooking small pond. Bathrooms & Kitchen were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Located short walk to the boardwalks for easy access to the beach.

A new cottage for an annual Kiawah Christmas trip. Listing info is accurate. Positives: charming interior, about 50 yards from beach entrance, clean and well equipped, quiet neighborhood, great shower and hot water, plenty of space. Other: a bit dark inside due to tree canopy and a 10 diget entry code. Overall very satisfied.

We have stayed in this house before. We love the location at the end of the cul de sac across from the lagoon and we loved the larger screen porch where we are most of our meals
