Beautiful, tastefully furnished cottage on Kiawah Island, SC. 3 beds, 2 baths, T.V. room/den with pocket door. Family owned and operated in the OceanWoods neighborhood on West Beach. Located on quiet cul-de-sac. This home backs up to Lagoon #27, start your morning in the screen porch overlooking the peaceful lagoon. 3 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the country (access via Boardwalk 15 – ramped with easy access for families and bikers). Convenient location to the Sanctuary Hotel and Golf Resort, Night Heron Park and Recreation Center, Freshfields, and more.

Outdoor shower tucked away for privacy.
Gas grill on the deck
Living room and den both have Amazon T.V.s and Google Chromecast. The primary bedroom has a Google Chrome TV with Chromecast built in. High speed internet allows you to stream from your laptop or phone straight to the TVs.
Dining area with hardwood table. Appliances and cookware available for use. Stocked spice cabinet, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, etc.
Master bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, T.V.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed
3rd Bedroom: Two twins
T.V. Room/Den: Large Flat screen T.V. with sound bar
Linens and bath towels are provided. Starter set of bath supplies available.
Beach towels will be provided.
Central air with ceiling fans in every room. Honeywell thermostat for easy climate control.
Screened porch with small settee, rocking chair and bistro table with 3 dining chairs
Stackable washer and dryer available for use. Basic starter supplies provided - includes dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dish washing soap, and sponge.
Departure cleaning service used weekly.
Set of beach chairs available for guest use.
Umbrella and Chair beach service information will be provided for your convenience, if needed.
Multiple bike rentals available.
Parking space for 2 cars.
No pool access with this property.

This was our second trip to this perfect Kiawah Island cottage, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The location to the beach, Night Heron Park, etc is perfect for a quick bike ride or walk. I love having privacy and water view behind the house. We saw 2 alligators swim by while we were reading and resting on the screened porch. It was perfect for our family with pre-teen, teen, and young adult children - space to spread out if needed but also enough space to be together in living and dining areas. Also appreciated communication with the owner who checked in during our stay and was available if needed (but we had no issues). Highly recommend this cottage!

This house is the perfect place to stay for a kiawah vacation. It is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. Michael was quick to respond to any questions that we had. It is a very short walk to the beach from the house. The beach was not crowded and was the cleanest beaches that we were ever on. Same with the island. Over all a great stay.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful beach cottage. Our host Michael was terrific and very helpful. Our kids loved the beach, the playground and the biking. Perfect family vacation with easy access to everything. We hope to make this an annual family vacation!
