It was in a great location. It was clean and very comfortable. It met all of our needs.

Clean very nice

Die Unterkunft ist schoen gelegen am Ende der Strasse mit ca. 50m zum Strand. Nach hinten liegt ein Urwald, wodurch es sehr ruhig war. Die Wohnung ist geraeumig und gut ausgestattet.

Der Abschluss eines zusaetzlichen Mietvertrages nach erhaltener Buchungsbestaetigung war etwas nervig. Ausserdem wurde der fuer den Zugang nach Kiawah Island notwendige Ausweis erst sehr kurz vorher zugestellt, so dass das Ausdrucken problematisch war.

Bed was comfortable and kitchen clean.

1. Better explanation of entry behind a wooden screen door that looked like a utility room. 2. House rules of maintaining a:c at 72degrees. Would not have booked if I had known this. 3. Refrigerator smelt of bleach. 4. Dining room didn’t match on line pics. 5. Deck was dirty. 6. Washing machine was rusty. Wouldn’t use if I had to. 7. Ceiling in shower is peeling off. 8. Can light in shower out. 9. Can light in bedroom coming out of ceiling. 10. Front door & sliding door at deck was hard to operate due to age and needs changing out. 11. Front door key pad worked about half the time even when correct code was entered. 12 overall the condo is old and needs updating and a good overall cleaning floor to ceiling.
