In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 7, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental has three bedrooms, access to a seasonal community pool, and is about a 4-minute walk to the beach.
This free-standing cottage has parking for 2 vehicles underneath. Walk into the open living area and be greeted by gorgeous hardwood floors. The living area has 2 sofas, chairs, and a built-in entertainment center with a mounted TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation. The dining table seats six and is a great place to enjoy meals together. The living area leads out to a gracious-sized sunroom. There is also a deck with a gas grill, table and chairs for four, and a comfortable hammock. A large laundry room completes the common areas of the cottage.
In the primary suite, there is a king bed, wall-mounted TV with cable, access to the deck, and a private bathroom with a glass door shower. Two remaining bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a twin over full bunk, share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
