About this house rental
Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay.
With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.
The space
The Annex will be completed in the summer of 2025 and features:
Standalone building in the six acre grounds of Musk Hill Farmhouse. The Annex includes
• Stunning living area with fully fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The living area benefits from 5 meters of sliding glass doors which take in the breath taking views.
• Private spacious patio area with dining area and your own hot tub.
• Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room.
• Bedroom 2 with small double and single bed and ensuite shower room. There is no sofa bed therefore we ask that all guests do occupy one of the beds.
• Private heated swimming is available every other day of your stay. The pool is heated as follows April around 15 degrees / May around 20 degrees / June - August around 25 degrees / September 15 degrees / October - March closed but can be opened by separate agreement.
We have unlimited high speed fibre broadband available in all areas.

Musk Hill Farmhouse is on the edge of Nether Winchendon. Nearby Cuddington, Chearsely, Ashendon and Waddesdon provide public houses with good food options. Whilst slightly further afield Bicester Village and Oxford are firm favourites. The train to London is around 40 minutes from Haddenham station and Silverstone is about 45 minutes’ drive.
There is a private parking area for your use with EC charging, charged at 30 pence per kilowatt, and you can even bring your horse to stay in the paddock or fly in by helicopter.
The property is none smoking / vaping and we cannot accommodate pets due to our cat (Derek) and sheep.

Other things to note
We want guests to enjoy their stay and have designed The Annex to be as separate as possible from the farmhouse. Inevitably guests will bump into our family as we do live in the main farmhouse. As you can probably grasp from the view we are remote therefore a car is essential and please read the directions before you set off to avoid getting lost.
The EV charging point is shared between The Annex and the farmhouse and is operated on a honesty basis, we ask that you pay for what you use at 30p per Kw as this is what it costs us, and ask that you unplug once charged.
Obviously the pool and hot tub are unsupervised therefore it is essential that any children are supervised. We cannot accept pets as we have a cat. We can ensure the hot tub is hot for your arrival and will provide sufficient wood for it to be reheated once more during your stay.
