Good value for money

Bedroom was very comfortable, bathroom was a good size, kitchen was well equipped. Close to a train station. Overall good value for money.

The heating did not work well, it was quite cold even when trying to turn the heat up. Hosts were a bit rude when I asked them a question as I had not noticed the information had been sent on the app.

Great location, but otherwise a little disappointing

Great location for visiting Oxford city centre, just a short 10 minute bus ride away.

We arrived in the evening when it was dark and there was no outside light working to be able to see the key safe, we had to use torches on our phone. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived, plus there were dirty pots still in the dishwasher and left over food in the fridge. The rest of the apartment was fairly clean. The furniture in the lounge area was not comfortable and there was not enough seating for more than two people.
