Nice but a little extra attention to detail, would have made it nicer

It was a good location quite close to shops, parking spaces to the side of property. Well equipped, for a couple of nights. Comfy bed, nice shower !

TV would only work with Subtitles, you could not change settings, remote was not working. Floor in bathroom needed a clean ( easy fix would take minutes ) also a few bits needed tidying up like paint on bed also an easy fix.

Cosy & relaxing

Brilliant location with a bus stop right outside! The property is well appointed, warm, private and quiet, whilst being really accessible to Summertown and the main bus routes to key Oxford locations. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking great meals, and the layout made the compact apartment feel cosy yet spacious and relaxing.

There's no lifts, so be prepared to carry luggage up flights of narrow stairs that beautiful old buildings like this have!

Tired looking accommodation

The location to Oxford suited us well, and it has off road parking.

The room was cold, and took some time to warm up with.only one radiator and a drafty kitchenette. The whole place was looking tired, especially the shower room, which has as a sprinkle for a shower. Can only get into bed from one side.

This is pretty basic accommodation. The main problem was that the room was very cold with only one small heater by a window. Even when I asked for another heater (which they kindly supplied) it was also too small to properly heat the room. I had to leave early and check into a different hotel.

Great little place to stay

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and quiet..Great location for our stay in oxford as we were able to walk into the centre easily. There was also free parking which was great and the hosts kindly let us leave our car on the last day our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Has potential to be a really nice place but needs better maintenance and attention to detail

Nice location, near bus stops and 20min walk into centre. Kitchen well equipped for a short stay and a parking space available even though we arrived late. Host quick to respond to email queries before and after arrival.

Simple things need fixing- such as shower head that wouldn’t stay in place, shower and sink not flowing away making them nearly overflow, bed was not very comfortable and needs replacing or topper added, cracked basin and oven splash back, only one bedside light. Wrong room key left in wrong security box so consequently disturbed another guest and needed to confirm with the host late at night to sort a different room out. Not sure if all guests had cars, if there would have been enough parking spaces- only 5 spaces but many more rooms in the building.

Fully equipped apartment in nice neighbourhood

Spacious accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom (shower), TV with on demand digital content, good WiFi. Nice location in Summertown close to shops, buses to city centre, bicycle rental.

The basement apartment I stayed in this time looked a bit tired and can be a bit noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbours next door and above. The bed was quite hard, but that's a matter of preference. Despite repeated requests key pickup info was not sent at least a day before, but only a couple of hours before arrival, so I had to call the office for the required key code since I didn't have internet access at the time.

Comfortable, safe and cozy

The property is absolutely great: clean, quiet, in the nice safe part of Oxford, about half an hour convenient walk to town centre and with the bus stop just outside, bus only takes about 10-15 mins to centre. Convenient parking, easy check in, small but cozy and comfy apartment got everything you need, nice hot shower is an additional bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Convenient, safe, basic, old, not clean.

Location, close to family's home, bus stop, restaurants and shops. We walked or took a bus everywhere we needed to go.

The mattress and mattress cover were old, dirty and stained. The wall between the bed and the toilet made noises which kept me awake. Despite phoning the host as well as sending a message through Bookings.com. about this, the issue wasn't resolved. I will never pay in advance with a no refund policy again. We felt stuck.

Best Oxford stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy studio flat in Oxford. Although the space is small, it is very well laid out, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent – close to shops, cafes, and easy access to the city centre. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. It was the perfect base for exploring Oxford, and we would happily stay again.

This is the worst property I have ever seen. We left after viewing it and did not stay in this sub standard rip-off.

Homely Apartment near Oxford City Centre

Beautiful, clean, cosy apartment in a safe, comfy part of Oxford. Excellent location. M&S Whole Foods, Costa Coffee, Lizza Express, and other cafes and restaurants very easy to access. Only a 15 minute bus ride to city, with different buses going to the city.

Elevator required to get to higher floors. Wasn't able to operate the oven. A bit of a dust issue with the velvety cushions, as I kept sneezing.

Reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay in Oxford.

The apartment was very comfortable for two people. It had excellent cooking facilities plus a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. While there aren't shops or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, there is a bus stop directly in front of the building with a direct connection to the center of town. The basement apartment remained reasonably cool during the recent heat wave.

The bathroom is very small and could be uncomfortable for larger people.

Nothing. The whole accommodation and experience was awful. We will not be returning to this property or using the accommodation again. We will not be recommending this property to family or friends.

Everything. The property is old, worn, unclean and.smells awful. The carpets are old, tired and stained. There are cobwebs all over the light fittings in the hallway and all 3 rooms we booked. The carpets in the rooms were damp and smelly. The fridge was held closed with a lock and their was stale milk residue and rotting food left in the fridge. There was leaves and dust all over the beds. We requested a refund which was agreed with the manager however he failed to provide written authorisation until we threatened legal action.

Location of the property is ideal for those who wish to use it as a place to stay, not a place to vacation. We used this as our place during the Silverstone GP - great location near bus routes and stops.

Upon initial entry, it was apparent the room was not well maintained. There was a musty smell in the room, highlighting the poor ventilation for the room. There was no air conditioning to help get rid of the musty smell. When we raised our immediate concerns to the help, a fan was then given to us to try and solve the problem - however, the fan did not work. We then quickly noticed there was a poor attempt to paint over the mold in the bathroom, leaving a bad smell of mold and must with obvious places where the mold was beginning to grow back through the previous paint. We made sure to wear water shoes of some sort so that no bacteria would be present on your skin. Additionally, the water in the shower was not able to be regulated, causing us to have to turn on the hot then the cold repeatedly. When contacted the help line, the help came the next morning, only to not have solved the problem.

Pleasant basement studio

Cosy and clean, nice and cool basement even when it was 28° outside. Very well equipped. Got one of the parking spaces no problem. Voi bikes and scooters nearby to get into the town centre in 10 minutes.

The en-suite bathroom was great, but the sink was slow to drain.
