"Everything about the property was fabulous. It was very clean and it was very efficient for our stay. The place is very modern. It is close to the port in como and only like a 5 minute walk."

The tech in the room and the location
Staff was pretty unresponsive before we checked in. Hot water lasts only ten minutes and you have to wait over hours to have hot water. Our key was raggedy and broke inside the door forcing us to cut our night out short however the staff was only concerned with other residents getting in. A lady also stated they found a video camera hidden in their room so just be careful bed was also uncomfortable
