Cosy stay in the city center

Very clean and tidy apartment near the city center. Perfect for a cosy stay for a few nights. Looked modern and new.

No view of the mountains or the duomo. In the description it said 2 bathrooms and a balcony but there was only 1 bathroom and no balcony. Nice apartment but didn't match the description.

New year in Como

Excellent location! Close to the centre. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Has common area with washing facilities. The kitchen was well designed. Had all you need for cooking and preparation of light food.

We were very unlucky with a family who lived above us. Kids were running and shouting. It's amazing how thin the walls were. I could even hear the snoring at night. And all other staff people do in the bathroom!!! This obviously lowers the rating.

A very nice apartment for a stay at Como. Easy walk to supermarkets and to the lake.

Location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk to Lake Como. Self check in worked well. Facilities all good, very easy to self cater. I have stayed in the apartment previously and would go there again.

The location is a 7-minute walk from the train station, the city center, and the lake. The cleanliness was excellent. The bed was orthopedic. The host answered every question I asked immediately. Everything I look for while traveling was possible.

After you enter the code, the door won't open unless you slam it shut very hard. It's a bit frustrating to try several times. And a microwave is definitely needed in the common area.

Comfy little apartment

We appreciated the quick and helpful communication. We enjoyed having plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a good shower. We were able to walk easily to the water and the busier part of town. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store, Conrad City, just a quick walk down the street.

The sofa had stains on it so it was a little off putting to want to sit on it. We covered it with an extra towel. There is a washing machine in the basement but be aware there are no dryers. So drying clothes was a challenge.

Very clean and so convenient; it’s very proximate to a train station and a short walk to the city center . Super easy check in instructions with a photo guide the check in process was very smooth

It’s well located but don’t expect much!

It’s well located and free luggage storage post checkout

It’s not clean, for example dusty in the bathroom, things break - for example, the drawer broke when we open to store clothes, no battery in aircon remote, and the bed is terrible - very soft and caused back ache after just 2 nights.

Good value, pleasant apartment.

Clean, modern and well equipped for cooking our own meals. Short walking distance to the centre of city. Comfortable bed.

A little noisy until the neighbourhood settled at night, soundproofing would have helped. As there is no personal contact with management, written instructions and a city guide and maps etc would have been helpful.

Ok but won’t recommend

It was cleaned and very good instructions to get into the building.

The pictures were a bit confusing because we thought there is a kitchen as well but there is no kitchen. Only one key card was given for two people which was really inconvenient. One roll of toilet paper for 4days for 2 people. We were lucky and we didn’t have many neighbours because you could hear everything. And if someone go to their room you will hear like they would enter you room.
