The apartment is very central for both the town center and the football stadium, 10 minute walk in opposite directions for both. I can't comment on the parking facilities as we did not use them. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need for self catering and is comfortable and tastefully decorated, There are thoughtful extras, such as books, games etc. The garden is a good size and table and chairs provided for use. Don't judge the apartment by first impressions of surrounding properties if you look it up online prior to arriving.
Wasn't a major issue but the front bedroom is a little noisy until the small hours of the morning because the property is on a main road but that said it did not spoil anything.

Was clean and spacious.
The back room was freezing compared to the rest of the house other than that,was perfect. Will definitely stay again!
