Good overall but a few negative points.

Proximity to the station, coffee machine, plenty of storage for clothes, good shower pressure, good sized room.

No fridge, non-upholstered chair, quite noisy at times from traffic and people within the apartment (even late at night) and the lack of carpets and curtains meant any noise wasn't absorbed.

Modern clean room, excellent location

Nice new, clean, modern apartment. Perfect for short stays. Private bathroom. Lots of cupboard space, wifi, noise cancelling windows. It’s a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is absolutely convenient, also only 15-20 minute walk into the city centre for shopping, food, cathedral, and other amazing sites. Host was friendly and helpful, attention to detail with amenities, snacks, coffee machine, bottled water. App controlled entry/exit which was convenient but also requires phone internet. I found it easy to use though.

Super soggiorno: consigliatissimo!!!

La posizione di fronte alla stazione è perfetta per chi arriva in città. La camera è impeccabile, nuova e accogliente. La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata perfetta e ho apprezzato tantissimo l’accoglienza. Un altro plus: bagno e doccia nuovissimi!

La mejor habitación en Módena

El lugar es excelente para descansar. Cuenta con baño privado, y una habitación amplia. Además de que la entrada al lugar es completamente autónoma. En general, la habitación es excelente. Se ubica a escasos metros de la terminal de trenes

Stilvolle Unterkunft mit nettem Gastgeber, super zentral.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem schönen Wohnhaus nur etwa eine Minute zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auch ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Fabrizio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir hatten Wein, Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Chips auf dem Zimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ein Traum.

Für Lärmempfindliche liegt das Zimmer evtl. zu nah an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem.

Posizione centralissima, a 2 passi dalla stazione e dal centro città, con tanti parcheggi in zona. Appartamento nuovissimo, proprietario super gentile e disponibile.
