Owner answered the phone when I was trying to get into the wrong caravan and was very helpful with directions in the caravan park .
It was as chilly at times -efficient heating !

Comfy sofas so much better than the standard caravan seats
Host really helpful.
Mattress in double room could do with a topper, not very comfortable.
Microwave would have been useful as well.
Not things we didn't like, just a way could have been improved.

Great location, easy self check in. Cheap last min stay, nice clean bedding & towels.
The caravan looked a bit tired. Some basics like a tea towel, washing up sponges and some salt & pepper, oil & bin bags would have been helpful. TV didn't work and there was a few bulbs that had gone,. A lamp in the living room and bed room would make a difference as the lights were very bright.
