The kitchen was large. The pool table was a big hit The TV was large and good quality. The parking was adequate for two cars It was in a good position on a modern estate easy for. Bus and tram routes into Nottingham

There was only a table for 6 people. We had to buy some lap trays for other 4. And seating for 8 maximum at a squash on the living room sofa beds you couldn’t see the tv from all of them! The divan bases need some attention some were broken , the mattresses were clean and acceptable though .We had to buy hardboard to make one bed useable. There was only enough bed linen for 8 of the beds so we had to buy two single bed duvet sets to make up the other two on the sofa beds There were not enough saucepans or pans to cater for 10 I reported all this on arrival but there was no attempt to rectify any of the problems We had to sort them ourselves
