The flat was amazing. We were the first guests, so everything was brand new and clean.
1. The flat is absolutely not sound proof. You can hear every sound from the landing, and since it’s the ground floor, there are pretty many people going in and out. You can also hear the TV on from the flat next door until about 2am every night. You literally can hear the words. So if you are sensitive to noise during sleep, it might be a real problem.
2. We didn’t like the neighborhood. We were not comfortable leaving the windows open the whole night and there is no way to have a walk nearby. It shows about 40 mins walking to the touristic riverbank that might sound like a nice walk but it was awful. The neighborhood is not even comfortable to walk, the pedestrian areas are too narrow, many construction works there.
