The place is roomy and has a beautiful view. Lock code access is very convenient It was nice to have housekeeping service on one day during the trip.

The purchased breakfast was a delivered box with some fruit, pastry and instant coffee. It was OK, but not necessarily a great value. We arrived early (and had contacted the host by email 12 hours earlier). The door code was not yet active. Calls to the listed number went 'busy' multiple times before answering. That was stressful. The couch and other furnishings were sparse and a bit dated. Could use an upgrade. Be aware - the property has no direct access by car. It has a 150 step staircase up to one road and a 160 step staircase down to the other.

Very nice view By far, the highest online presence I have encountered until now for an accommodation, opening the building door and the room door can be done either with the personalized code, either through a button from the app. Also, the tutorials in using each appliance are a nice touch; Responsiveness of the host

- The very nice view was “paid” with the building being in the middle of a long set of stairs, so to get in and out of the building, you either have to go up or down the stairs, no other option; it wasnt a major issue for us, but this is something to keep in mind if you come with trollers or if you might think of ordering something through glovo/bolt (4 couriers cancelled the order once they arrived at the location and probably observed the delivery location) - For a 5-night stay, I personally expect to have 5 coffee capsules per person - A moldy smell when we checked in which was noticeable during the stay; might have something to do with the leaking shower and leaking bathroom vent. - Even though I have really appreciated the online presence, I feel it can be improved and integrate under an unique link the checkin, the landing page and the access link. - Even though I have appreciated the responsiveness of the host, I have felt that the heating (or better said, the lack of) issue we complained about was fixed by the universe because the person assisting us was really trying to make us believe we re doing something wrong (we were doing nothing wrong in how we were using the AC remote) and that it is normal to take some time in heating the room (it is not normal though for the AC to start heating at random times) - Lack of proper closet space
