Ubicado en un barrio y edificio tranquilo, con sitio suficiente para aparcar. Hay varios bares alrededor, restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado enfrente, que abre todos los días. Una de las habitaciones tiene baño propio. Está muy limpio y la cocina equipada para poder pasar varios días.

Un apartamento amplio, limpio y luminoso. Bien equipado, fácil aparcamiento en la calle, buen internet.
Una habitación es interior aunque tiene una ventana que da al salón. Quizás alguna sartén más por poner algo que mejorar.

This is a lovely flat reasonably near to the centre. In normal temperatures we would have walked into the centre of town, but Ubers are very reasonable (5 or 6 euros). The route Google Maps shows you for walking down to river is a bit hair-raising, better to turn right out of the apartment block for quieter roads.
The area is residential (apart from the attractive wine lodge next door) and well provided with cafes and shops. There is a small, well stocked supermarket opposite the flat, that sells fresh fish and meat, and a good fruit and veg shop 2 mins away.
The kitchen was very well equipped and there were fans in every room. The rooms were basically, but attractively, furnished with adequate storage and comfortable beds. Excellent shower rooms with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everywhere was spotless.
We could not initially log on to the Wifi, but the owner was very responsive when we contacted him, and sorted out the problem very quickly. TheWifi was good.
I would have given a 10 score, except for a couple of things related to heat-control. I would definitely go again in cooler months. If I were going again in July/ August, I would probably try and find a property with aircon. The flat was well equipped with fans and 2 rooms had very efficient 'persiana' blinds. However, the kitchen has only very flimsy blinds and the blind in one bedroom wasn't working. With these in place, I think the heat could have been controlled adequately for all but the most aircon-dependent!
