I had a wonderful stay at Batti Lagoon Hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

Great location close to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a new hotel and the room was basic but clean and comfortable. Great for a short stay.

Great value for money. Has all the basics you need and was very clean. It’s in a good location too, close to the train station and shopping area. The staff were very helpful. They helped us book bus tickets and took us to the bus station themselves.
It would have been nice to have a bedsheet. Also note to guests: if you need wifi make sure you select a room that offers wifi.

Location convenient
We had family room and tops of windows didn’t have curtain so very bright - if we didn’t have an eye mask it would’ve been unbearable. No breakfast is odd for Sri Lanka and excuse was there’s a shop nearby?
