Location near lagoon and close proximity to town

Bad odour from the lagoon and some amenities were not available

We arrived very late (after midnight) and couldn’t get in initially but they were very kind and welcoming when we did. Also when we left they called the tuk tuk driver we went to bus station with and told him we had left a passport - above and beyond!! If staff hadn’t done this I wouldn’t have even realised until we reached Trincomalee. Thank you very much!!

Good quality and clean place

Right on the lagoon, decent view form shared terrace , near a couple of restaurants ( get take away) and a mini supermarket and beer shop. 25 minutes to Kallady beach which is nice , clean and ok fir a swim but deep very quickly and strong drag

Room basic: beds , decent armchair and small table. Bathroom fine , water not too cold.. lighting is cell like , one very bright bare bulb and room during day quite dark as window is frosted glass. Shared terrace good enough but one family had the 3 other rooms and felt like i was in their terrace. Young man running it fine but speaks and understands no english, absolutely fine but you can’t ask anything. Also no bfast or drinks etc available. Advertised tv doesn’t work. No wifi.
