Mooi zwembad, schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel

De gordijnen van onze kamer waren niet donker genoeg waardoor we met onze oogmaskers moesten slapen.

Clean bathroom. Very good and delicious breakfast which was above our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quick at service.

Our triple room mattress was very uncomfortable and had back aches when getting up because of metal wires or springs were broken in mattress as a result of inferior and cheap mattress. There was a party at night and sound from speakers were very high. Booming bass and more than 100 decibels loud noise, they don't need such high noice for a private event and very annoying for guests. Hotel management should be more responsible for comfort of guests and lower volume of speakers at events. And drunkards were shouting loudly and walking all over at noon from a wedding event and we had to stay inside room until they leave. No wonder why this hotel has low ratings.

The food was delicious & the portion sizes were hearty. The management and the staff are very professional and attentive to the requests of the guests. The pool was clean and relaxing. There was running hot water and tea making facilities.

There was too much sunlight coming to the room since the door had a half glass. The TV was not working in the room.

* La moquette du sol de la chambre était très sale * La douche est vieille et défectueuse * Il y a une porte depuis l’espace cuisine qui donne sur la partie restaurant : cette porte frotte le sol avec un bruit à vous arracher les oreilles de la tête !!! * cet hôtel organise des mariages ! Pas d’accès à la piscine pendant les événements ! * En fonction d’un événement ou non le personnel est soit trop présent soit pas assez !
