The rooms are so clean & well maintaining .
There was no mirror to dress and no TV in my room.

Excellent location near the main road and bus station
Very clean bathrooms with strong hot water
Beds prepared, towels and drinking water provided
Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful
Rented entire place: four rooms upstairs, one downstairs (not five together)
Many mosquitoes in the common area and some bedrooms in the evening (no mosquito net in room!)
No blankets, only sheets on the beds
One lamp was faulty; some rooms felt poorly maintained
One room’s A/C could not handle the daytime heat
Old sheets and hair/dirt visible on the mattress when changing linen
Ongoing construction noise during the day
Premises around the house felt untidy
No breakfast available despite older reviews mentioning it
