RoaBaa Guesthouse

Lovely family welcome with a delightfully clean, bright and big room. The views into the trees were gorgeous. The location was close to the bus stop and many food places. The hosts were available, helpful and warm. The bedding was lovely and the bathroom was lovely. I’m happily come back and stay here. Also, it was great value.

Nothing against the actual accommodation, but my family decided right away we really didn’t want to stay 2 nights in this city. The location of the accommodation is also kind of rough and not so nice to just walk around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, even though we knew rather quickly we were not going to stay for 2 nights as was our reservation, we still had to pay for the 2 nights most likely because of Bookings.com charging accommodations what ever the reservation is and no exceptions. I like bookings.com, but I think they need to at least come up with SOME SORT of ACCOMMODATION on this point. Some sort of middle ground.

Rules for the place were a bit strict like no drinking a beer in the common public terrace area, the city and surrounding area were kind of gritty, and being automatically charged for whatever the reservation was with NO exceptions, as is Bookings.coms policy. 😞
