Un apartament petit però còmode per una parella. No li faltava cap detall i tot molt nou amb la zona de cuina ampla. El parking molt bé, está a la mateixa finca, has d’entrar amb clau i dona seguretat. Té una parada de bus a la mateixa porta i un súper Aldi just devant.
L’únic petit problema era que no tenía ascensor, si tens movilitat reduïda, encara que es un primer pis.

Appartement très bien aménagé, tout y est et tout est très confortable ! Notre hôte a même laissé quelques attentions et est très disponible si besoin.

Studio lumineux avec des espaces pour ranger les vêtements, chaussures.... Propriétaire sympathique et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Arrêt des bus devant l'immeuble.

J'ai aimé le côté pratique, accès au logement extrêmement bien expliqué, remise des clefs autonome et relativement tôt. Le côté cosy du logement, petit mais extrêmement fonctionnel, confortable et agréable à vivre. Tout est moderne, la cuisine est bien équipée, la chambre et le lit sont confortables. Dans la petite salle de bain, le miroir éclairé antibuée. Et la douche sont au top! Enfin une grande cabine de douche agréable qui ne coule pas partout.....
L'odeur de cigarette de fumé et de tabac brulé dans le hall et dans tout l'immeuble. Le propriétaire n'y peut probablement pas grand chose puisque l'appartement est non fumeur. Mais, une plainte devrait peut-être être déposé au syndic qui gère l'immeuble pour que la loi soit appliquée...
