Cocoonr is offering this charming single-storey house for rent in the town of Louvigny, featuring a shared swimming pool (located on the owner’s property), with a floor area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and a terrace of around 6 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa and TV
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with storage space and a storage bed base.
- A shower room with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A shared swimming pool on the owner’s property, accessible via the garden, heated and open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates are not binding and subject to weather conditions), with a cover and an alarm.
- A private 6 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Louvigny, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest railway station: Caen, 4 km away (10 mins by car / 30 mins by bus)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 9 km away (15 mins by car / 1 hour by bus)

- Maximum occupancy is 2 people.
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets (weighing under 15 kg) are permitted in the accommodation on request and for an additional charge of 15 euros per stay. Only one pet is allowed. Please specify this when booking.

The property is small but fine for a few days in and around Caen. Very clean and generally well equipped (although a bread knife and butter knife would be a good addition).The host is very friendly and gave us so many recommendations of where to go we could never manage to do them all.Parking is fine but a bit tight for our large car, if you have a smaller car it would be no problem. However, this seems to be pretty standard in France and never caused any real issues.Great place for a short stay, village is pretty and you can walk or cycle into Caen through a greenway if you want to which is nice.
