This spacious 55-square-meter one-bedroom apartment is ideally located near Campus 1, the marina, and the historic Vaugueux neighborhood.
Perfect for a stay in Caen, it’s just a 5-minute walk from downtown, restaurants, bars, and shops.
You’ll find a comfortable living area featuring a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, a separate half-bath, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance; the unit is on the first floor. You can enter the apartment independently using a keybox with a code.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are provided).
A dining area and a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm) and a smart TV.
The apartment features a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a high-quality mattress. The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom and features a walk-in shower and a sink.
A work area is available, as well as two walk-in closets.
A separate toilet with a sink completes the apartment.
Sheets are provided, as well as one bath towel per person, a dish towel, and a bath mat.
It’s best to get around on foot, since the apartment is located near all amenities (downtown, the port and Vaugueux neighborhoods, and universities).
The streets near the apartment have free parking spaces and/or blue-zone parking.
