Astamaya Signature Villas

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very impressive. We loved the design, the large pool and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting around Seminyak/Petitenget. There is so much potential here and we really enjoyed the privacy and size of the villa.

For a property positioned at this level and price point, we felt the service and management could be considerably more polished and proactive. Some aspects of the stay lacked the attention to detail we would normally expect from a luxury villa. With stronger management, better communication and more consistent service standards, this could easily be an exceptional property.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Villa Astamaya Signature We spent seven wonderful nights at Villa Astamaya Signature and had an absolutely amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Putra and his team, with a lovely welcome drink and a very smooth and uncomplicated check-in. We were immediately impressed by the size, modern design and cleanliness of the villa. Everything felt fresh and new, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Putra was always available via WhatsApp, and whenever we needed anything, the answer was always “Alright, immediately!” — and it really was. Everything we asked for was taken care of quickly and with a smile. The villa was cleaned daily or whenever we requested it, fresh water was always provided, the pool was cleaned every day, and every morning a delicious breakfast was freshly prepared and the table beautifully set. The attention to detail was fantastic. Even little things, such as always having enough drinking water in the bathrooms, were never forgotten. We also always had hot water for showering. The location is peaceful and beautiful, while still being within walking distance of restaurants, shops and everything you need in Seminyak. One small thing to be aware of: the uppermost bedroom in the traditional wooden Joglo section is more open to nature, and during our stay a few geckos managed to get inside. Because of this, we simply chose not to use that room for sleeping. This is quite normal in Bali, especially in traditional wooden spaces, and it was absolutely not a problem for us. The other two bedrooms were very modern, comfortable and perfect. Overall, we can highly recommend Villa Astamaya Signature. Putra and his entire team made our stay truly special. We would happily come back and give the villa full marks — 10/10!

The only thing worth mentioning as a small note for future guests is the uppermost bedroom in the traditional wooden Joglo section. Because it is a wooden, more open-style room, geckos can occasionally get inside and leave droppings. This is completely understandable and very common in Bali, especially in traditional wooden spaces, and it did not negatively affect our stay. We simply chose to use the other two bedrooms instead. Apart from this, everything was absolutely perfect and we had nothing else to complain about.

The villa was spacious with big open spaces, the room designs were great, the jacuzzi, entertainment (tv, speaker, swimming pool), and the breakfast was tasty. Putra was very communicative and always promptly responding to any questions. The staff cooking breakfast and cleaning each day were friendly and professional. We would happily refer the villa or stay here again.

Nothing. We weren’t sure about the separate third bedroom in own building but this is more of a personal preference.

The ground floor area is large - location is close to nice cafes and in a quiet area

The villa was not well maintained - there was patch work done to the villa and was very noticeable. The first floor hallway has glass and mesh creating a lot of heat and the mesh does not stop bugs and mosquitos entering the villa. Looks nice but it is not practical.
