Villa Artisane

Great location. Great communication. Great staff. Most of the facilities are great.

Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in the kitchen. I flooded it when attempting to do our dishes. The water was coming out the cupboard door. When I looked there were buckets catching the water that had overflowed. Husbands a builder so took a look. Figured it was not a new issue, requires a plumber. Staff were great told us not to wash our dishes and most apologetic happily provided me with a mop and bucket which I insisted on. I put a sign up so no one forgot and accidentally ran the tap. Hate complaining but this needed serious attention and there were guests coming in straight after us.

What we loved the most was how complete the villa was. It had everything we needed, and everything was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Putu and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more special. We also had a private chef at the villa, and it was an amazing experience. We even did a healing session during our stay, and the villa provided the perfect peaceful atmosphere for it. If you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for. The location in Seminyak is also very convenient, with great cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need just a short distance away.

Yes, Breakfast was nice, location good and set up was good, all facilities made it very comfortable.

Aircon wasn't the best especially in main room very noisy as had to be on full to keep room cool, hence why I slept in the other room upstairs.

The staff were so friendly, accommodating and always available to help.

The long drive way to get to the property was quite narrow and had lots of pot holes which made accessing the property a bit more challenging, however it never stopped taxis/drivers picking us up directly from our door.
