Javana Royal Villas

Would highly recommend Javana villas, the villas themselves were beautiful but the team were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful and always looked after us! This villa holds a special place in our heart as we got engaged there I appreciate the team going above and beyond to make it a special day! In addition there was a great choice of delicious breakfasts and it’s in the best location in Seminyak! We will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Javana and will definitely come back. The villa was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, with exceptional privacy and an excellent private pool. The pool was one of the best parts of the stay, and the villa gave us exactly the kind of private, relaxed setting we wanted. Breakfast was also much better than expected. We had planned to eat outside the villa on a few mornings, but ended up staying in because the breakfast was consistently good and delivered to our villa. Where we ate on the second storey terrace! The staff were warm and helpful once we arrived. The driver and restaurant team were standouts, and the overall service during the stay was friendly and professional. We also liked the in villa services menu, including options such as floating breakfast and private poolside dining, massages, which made the stay feel more complete.

There were a few small bumps that should be improved. Communication before arrival was slower than expected on WhatsApp and Booking.com, although the team became much more responsive after check in. Some minor maintenance details also need attention. A few curtain strings were worn and difficult to use, the living room could use more lighting in the evening, and there were some minor visible stains on the fabric bed frame that looked easy to clean. Since the Villas are focused on exceptional privacy, one privacy detail should also be fixed. There is a visible gap near the door area where someone outside could look in towards the pool. Since privacy is one of the villa’s strongest features, this should be easy to resolve with a wooden panel, plank, bushy shrub or small tree to block the line of sight. The hot tub also needs clearer guidance. It takes almost three hours to fill and can affect the hot water supply afterwards, so guests should be told how and when to use it during check in.

Pool is clean, we enjoyed our swimming. Room is very spacious. We feel very welcomed!

Facility is pretty old. towel is not so clean, the light is very very dime!!!
