It’s peaceful
Nothing much but the pools need some renovation

Pool was great- it was out of the sun but it was very refreshing. Great staff: they were very helpful and accomodating, and great housekeeping. Bedrooms and ensuites were all great sizes: perfect for our group of 6, plenty of space. Living spaces and kitchen were great. Free breakfast was great. Beds very comfy and large. Great airport transfer. Quiet area, we were not disturbed during our stay. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby.
The small deck area by the pool was a bit outdated. Only 1 key to the villa was somewhat difficult for our group.

The villa is tired, but they are currently working to update the premises as fast as they can as covid hit them.
The Art on the walls needs to be relaxed (horrible) easily can be done with natural Balinese style things. Like large palm
Leaves etc… just plain and neutral.
First world issue!
We moved villas as the first was not acceptable, but they were open to help us, and apologetic, and the smaller
Second one (that I thought I had originally paid for) was fine. The pool
Was great. Garden good - faced east so all the morning sun and cooler afternoon … The place very clean. Bed comfortable, pillows good. BUT No hot water - but we didn’t mind. It’s hot weather, so was just a little bit funny really…
The staff are juggling the situation of the villas well, the owners need to do a
Condition report on each villa - inside and out and sort it before the tropical
Weather does harm.
We paid a very reasonable rate - so all in all it was ok. But I would have left and moved to another place if the second villa was like the first.
