Everything was taken care of by the lovely staff and it was so convenient to WhatsApp if we needed something or wanted to know about something! The villa is beautiful and it’s very quiet even you step out of the villa and everything you need is on your door step! Breakfast was lovely too!

The facility was so clean, spacious and highly recommend. The stuff were very helpful and friendly. We had an accident with my little one during the stay, but the staff were outstanding in their support, getting the right help on time and being grounded and calm when everything happened

Loved the villa style, with private pool. Rooms were comfortable.

Lots of marks on the walls (there is a material part to the wall, someone has spilt some kind of liquid on it - making the room feel dirty) it seems it would need to be steam cleaned or the material replaced to actually make it look good again. Mould on the curtains, and on the pool chair cushions. The couch inside was absolutely disgusting, I just refused to sit on it. There was a consistent squealing noise in the pool area, we asked staff what it was (it was loud enough to disturb you relaxing by the pool) they said they think it was the pool pump. But nothing was done about it during our stay. The pool also felt dirty. It felt like it needed a vacuum. Breakfast was ok as long as you don’t order anything hot, the cooked breakfast was not edible. I would strongly suggest just ordering continental (toast, cereal or the pancakes were ok).
