The villa was beautiful and the staff were even better. We had an awesome stay.
The only minor problem was no hot water to one of the rooms bath. Minor fix

I liked the pool, long enough to swim laps and there is a ledge to sit on the length of the pool.
I liked how you could close off the kitchen and tv area as we had a toddler with us.
I liked the beautiful bathroom
I didn't like the lack of hanging area for wet pool towels and clothes

The layout was family friendly and spacious. Nice quiet (ish) location near the beach and good food options..
Pool pump broke on our 4th day so we could not use the pool. No shade umbrellas by the pool day beds. Many items promised were not available eg: coffee maker. Had to ask daily for fresh towels and t paper.. no mosquito repellents or fogger were used to reduce mosquito activity. 1 can of spray provided which was used on the first day..

WE LOVED THE STAFF - Made, Ayu and Wayan were FANTASTIC, and as we were a returning guest, we were really excited about our return, however The air conditioner in one of the deluxe rooms was broken and we had to ask 3 times for it to be replaced. The management Nagisa Bali finally had it fixed but it over half way into our holiday. They then offered us a complimentary dinner of which they owned the cafe and WE DID NOT HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT WE WOULD GET!!!! We declined the offer.
No coffee machine. No air conditioning in one of the rooms until half way through our holiday
