Villa was lovely with big bedrooms and all en suites. Pool looks bigger in pictures
When we arrived the place was very dirty, apart from clean bedding and towels nothing had been cleaned. We asked the guest relation for the cleaner to come back to which he said no they would come tomorrow and then we asked to speak to the manager, he refused as he said the manager didn’t work on the weekends. After a lot of asking and arguing he then arranged for the cleaner to come back, I then watched the cleaner ‘clean’, I then had to do the cleaning myself as the cleaner was so incompetent, she was using a dry towel wiping over everything, baby oil to clean the bath. Sofa uncomfortable, toaster was useless and considering this is a villa for 12 people there is only 3 sunbeds. The guest relation then offered us a free massage to make up for it but unfortunately the first day was ruined . Requested a bbq to which we never got a response.
