The Akasha Seminyak Bali Luxury Villas

Friendly staff, great location, lots of privacy.

Traffic noise

Property needs little bit maintenance like polishing Door and windows and some paint work on wall. Need proper cleaning at back side of villa which is not visible from main door. Pond near villa entrance need cleaning. Rest everything was superb, Staff was very helpful and kind.

This place is hard to rate so many good and so many bad things. 2 couples so the villa set out is excellent. Villa is lovely but not well maintained in many areas. Staff are helpful. They did a lovely set up on arrival for both couples who were celebrating anniversaries. The pool was excellent and a good size. The villa had ample kitchen supplies and a speaker to connect to. It was private too. Beds comfortable. Breakfast daily was nice and partly prepared in Villa (some things cooked elsewhere and re-heated).

The location is terrible! A long way from main Seminyak area and so it took forever to get anywhere in the Bali busy traffic. A few restaurants around, some not so good. Arranged airport pick up (extra charge), they didnt track the flight, we arrived early by over 30 mins with no one there to meet us for close to an hour. We had Villa 8, the traffic noise was horrendous so we didn't sleep well at all. So the comfy beds just helped with our tossing and turning with no sleep! We told the staff they just smiled! Some areas of the villa was clean but not behind or under things and not close to walls etc. The water from shower etc smelt! No one bothered to tell us how to work the complicated shower head either. Had other little issues too. The drawers in the wardrobe have holes in them! As above some things are great but overall, we wouldn't stay again or recommend.
