The privacy of the pool was a stand out, the temperature of the water was great. The spacious rooms had everything that was needed and the whole experience felt very special, with a huge semi-sunken bath, outdoor shower and very comfortable super king size bed. Daily cleaning offered some special personalised touches. Mosquito spraying occurred during our stay which was comforting. The restaurant offered full continental breakfast as well as A la Carte from the menu which included some delicious choices. We particularly appreciated our interactions with our waiter Feb, who also made great espresso coffee. Reception staff were always on hand and delightful security staff at the back gate, which was a handy short cut to the main street. I rate this stay very highly and would definitely stay here again when next in Bali.
The pool was in need of a vacuum to clear some minor algae on the steps and tiles around the edges. Our room was the oldest in the whole complex, and although we loved it for its charm, the floorboards were squeaky and the interior doors between the bathroom, bedroom and pool needed to be locked to latch properly or they blew open in the breeze. I believe the newer rooms may not have these issues.

Menu was ok. Location was ok but not ideal
The pool in our room 17 was not clean. The bed was very hard.
