The staff were all incredible, even when we arrived super late at night we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The villa was beautiful, it was cleaned every day and they went out of their way to make it special for us. The food was also incredible.

Absolutely nothing, I would recommend it to everyone.

Villa was beautiful a little oasis to escape to in the middle of Seminyak. The staff made my stay so friendly & helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.

The staff were fantastic, warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with great attention to detail. Breakfast offered a selection of à la carte dishes alongside a smaller buffet selection. The beach was approximately a 400M walk away, making for a lovely morning stroll. You could also continue walking all the way down to Kuta if you wished. A shuttle service is provided to nearby Seminyak Village, twice daily from reception. It is worth noting this is a one way service.

We can only comment on the older style villas, based on our experience. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that could have been improved. The beds were extremely hard, and we frequently woke during the night feeling uncomfortable. Although the villa had a TV, there was no genuinely comfortable sofa to relax on, just a rather uncomfortable, wooden daybed. Tea and coffee were provided, but the tea bags were not replenished throughout our five-night stay, leaving just three tea bags for two people. No milk was provided either. Basic toiletries were supplied initially; however, when the body wash in the shower ran out, it was not replenished. The body lotion sachets were also not replaced. The main rainfall showerhead provided little more than a trickle of water, making it almost impossible to rinse off soap or wash your hair properly. Thankfully, there was a handheld shower with good water pressure, although this worked best if your partner was willing to hold it for you while you showered! It is also worth noting that all bathroom facilities are outdoors, and there is very little privacy when it comes to noise, as you can clearly hear neighbouring guests using their facilities. Finally, our villa backed onto the staff car park. We were frequently disturbed by staff arriving as early as 4:30 am and chatting nearby. This was particularly disappointing, as we had specifically requested a quieter villa when making our booking. Overall, while we can only speak for the older style villas, these issues detracted from our stay. With more comfortable bedding, better maintained amenities, improved shower facilities and greater consideration given to villa locations and guest requests, the experience could have been much better.
