Beautiful property in a convenient area. Right in the middle of Mrs Sippy and Potato Head beach clubs. What they do good is all the little things. Sun cream, paper towels, food, drinks, music, books etc. Very helpful with recommendations in the local area. Definitely book again. Thanks.

Pool coping and tiles cracked , steps in pool very sharp underfoot, we had major rain during our stay and the pools of puddles stayed on tiles in sitting area for days after. Very slippery. Would have preferred more towels. We only received 1 fresh towel each per day and we had to use same towels to mop up slippery floors. Our bathroom hand towels weren’t replaced. Bit noisy from adjacent restaurants at times, but that can’t be helped.

Putu and Addie were excellent and tried to put things right as soon as they went wrong. Lots of space for four people. Large bedrooms. Clean towels and bed linen.

The villa looks very tired and could do with some painting and deep cleaning in the lounge/kitchen area. Doesn’t look like the photos on line or on the video on YouTube. Sofas and chair covers need cleaning and furniture needs moving so the floor can have a deep clean. Bin area and bin needs a good clean. We were plagued with mosquitoes so that we couldn’t sit in the lounge area day or night without being bitten to death (which we all were)therefore we were unable to socialise in the evenings,which spoilt our holiday as we had to retreat into our bedrooms or stay in the pool!!!!!!! We did go out and buy sprays, plug ins, patches and burners at our own expense but nothing worked. All the shower heads in the bathrooms need changing as they have become partially blocked with deposits from the water and it looks as though someone had made s bigger hole in each one. Also because of the heavy rain we noticed on the last evening the roof was leaking in bedrooms one and two. Putu was going to look at this. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned as it had many millipedes in and also debris from the plants and trees. The worst problem was the electricity going off constantly. Putu got electricians in twice during our stay but they couldn’t seem to find the problem. So if we boiled the kettle, used the toaster or tried to put the moveable fan on in the lounge area (as the ceiling fan was broken) the electricity went off. We were so looking forward to our stay but was very disappointed.
