We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, and the rooms were very spacious, with each bedroom having its own toilet and bathroom, which was very convenient. There were just four of us staying in the three-bedroom villa, so we had plenty of space. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with a cake and sang with us, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The only downside was that the living areas are fully open, which unfortunately meant there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, particularly in the evenings. While this is somewhat expected in a tropical setting, it’s something to be aware of, especially if travelling with children.

Villa was amazing, better than we expected! The rooms were spacious, clean and the space was great for staying with a large family group. Really loved the roof top terrace with views of the ocean. Also, we absolutely loved having our own pool where we could cool off at the end of the day. We shall definitely be back again!

The facility has the potential but not maintained well. The management is unhelpful.

The size of the property was good. The entrance, front area and the terrace were good areas. They were impressive. The staff was polite and respectful.

The rooster next door woke everyone up at 4 am every day. Had a total of 16 hr sleep. The property couldn’t do anything for us. Didn’t move the villa or paid compensation. Offered us ear buds, free massage and buggy ride as compensation, which was declined. We slept around 4 hrs every night during the stay. The mattresses in the rooms are horrible. The ground floor bedroom had strong paint smell. It was unusable for first 2 nights. We had to share rooms for the first two nights until the room was aired. The rooms are big but the AC is small, especially for the eastern rooms. They don’t service the size of the rooms. The general cleanliness and paintwork in the property is not 4 star standard. The blackout curtains for the eastern rooms do not work. If the rooster does not wake you up at 4 am, the sun will get you at 6.30. Advice- take eye pads and ear buds for the eastern rooms.” Or sleep at 8 pm to get your 8 hrs. The staff is good but the management is unhelpful. Their standard response is we can’t help, sorry but you can have a buggy ride and massage as compensation. Unacceptable.

Incredible. Great staff. Great location. Great Villa. Loved it

I loved the location and the size and layout of the villa. The staff were attentive and polite and helpful. The showers are incredible! The pool is large and clean and has plenty of shade. The view from the roof was beautiful and we loved to watch the sun set. There was so much room for everyone even though we were a large group. The villa was very close to reception and the security were brilliant - they came to check everything was okay whenever we caught a taxi or if a service provider came to the villa they escorted them. We felt very safe.

The villa is getting a little run down. One of the bedrooms was unusable - we could not find mould but it was easy to smell and felt unsafe. We were lucky that two guests were unable to come anyway, so we didnt need that room, but if that had not happened it would have been problematic. The rest of the villa was absolutely fine.

Underwhelming wouldn't return

The large family area downstairs was great for our group with plenty of seating. The staff that cleaned were great, very friendly. Wira was the name of the young lad who always had a conversation in him.

We definitely felt mislaid by the other reviews as they were very positive. Our accommodation was fairly clean but very tired, kitchen tap was held together with electrical tape, sink didn't drain, minimal water pressure. mirrors were badly damaged in the bathrooms. on checkout we no longer felt like guests as they were running around frantically looking for damage or if anything was missing for us to be charged. they had my details if this was to be the case they still could have charged me. The tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet, which is most of the time, our infant slipped over dozens of times.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is spacious and clean. We stayed in a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. The pool and gardens were stunning. The staff were outstanding; they were friendly and so accommodating. We loved our stay and would come back.

Looks amazing and the facilities were great. Very spacious and the staff were very accommodating with every request.

The daily breakfast that was included with our package.

Our stay at Pranna Villa was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. There were six of us in total at this villa. All of the showers in our villa had a strong, repulsive sewerage smell that made it unbearable to shower. The smell was so bad to the point where we felt sick, and we just ended up refilling water bottles from the kitchen’s water dispenser to wash ourselves, just to avoid using the showers. We raised this issue with reception multiple times, and while staff came to inspect it initially, no explanation was ever given. The person who came to check when we first complained was visibly shocked by the smell, that we were told someone would come the next day to fix it. The problem was never fixed and eventually, the staff stopped following up altogether. This was a serious hygiene issue that was ignored despite multiple complaints. For the price we paid, this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they properly address these major plumbing and customer service failures.

Wonderful stay with a stone throw from restaurants

The Villas was very spacious and grand ! Everyone was wowed by the grand entrance when we stepped into the villa. Service attitude was also tiptop! It’s a 3 min walk to a minimart, 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and massage joints!

The condition of the place was not very well maintained. New place but could tell some parts of the villa were worn out.

Looks can be deceiving.

The staff were friendly and the villa was huge.

The rooms smelt really bad like mould, the beds were too hard and we got attacked by mosquitoes every night in our rooms even though we kept all the doors shut all the time. We paid for food to be delivered on the silent day and it tasted like plastic. The location isn’t great, it’s in the not so nice side of Seminyak unfortunately. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great relaxing stay with lots of pool time

The villa was huge with a great pool, beautiful gardens, close to the beach, comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and attentive, villa was clean, breakfast was good. It had everything we needed for our stay and was just what we were after.

Some parts of the villa are a little tired and could use some upgrades - mainly the plumbing. Music from the nearby beach clubs was noisy until quite late on a couple of nights.

The space and lay out. We booked 3 villas for 19 people and it was very spacious. The living area was amazing!

A fabulous place to relax and enjoy with friends

Our 5br villa was beautiful and perfect for a group of friends. The rooms were large with AC and private ensuites. The shared space downstairs was tranquil and having our own pool and space to relax was divine. The staff were friendly, professional and attended to every request we had promptly.

Be aware that this is large complex of villas in a tourist neighbourhood. Some nights we could hear not a soul, but not every night. That's just Bali though and it didn't bother us!
