Best combination of a great location close to restaurants, wellness and entertainment options, very good price, amazing hosts and very nice facilities. The reception hosts were particularly responsive to our needs, e.g. when the fridge in the room turned out to not be cold enough while we had some prescription medicine to keep there, so the hosts immediately replaced it within a few minutes, no questions asked. Inclusion of the access to Soham wellness centre in the cost of the villa was also a very pleasant surprise, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I'm sad to say - but in all honesty the bed was actually very uncomfortable, really hard, like sleeping on wooden slats covered by a mattress. We were really surprised at how uncomfortable and creaky etc the bed was, given how great everything else was. Big contrast to everything else, and not in a good way.

Loved the one bedroom villa with private pool. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The amenities provided were generous and well stocked. There were lots of little extras that made our stay very comfortable. The massage at the wellness centre was excellent and reasonably priced. I also appreciated the option of ceiling fans because I find air conditioners too cold. In house Netflix was a nice bonus. They provided plenty of bottled water and we didn’t even have to buy any. Afternoon tea, breakfast and great coffee were also included. Also some very good restaurants (Bambú and Biku) are within walking distance.

We loved having a 24-hour reception, food onsite and wonderful staff. The New Year's entertainment, music, and food were impeccable. They need to advertise this better. So many people are after family-friendly New Year's celebrations in Seminyak.

We didn't like the toilets in the villa. They were temperamental and you would get an odour from them. Also, the villa pool is extremely rough in texture. We all had cuts on our hands and feet.
