The Villa is very spacious, has a great pool and situated in a good location within walking distance to the Petitenget beach and close to cafe's & restaurants, it was cleaned daily by friendly staff willing to assist with needs that we had.
The Villa is a little tired and could do with a facelift and some general repairs, the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the toilets seemed noisy (running water). The pictures on Bookings.com are old and don't represent the Villa accurately.

The villa was as pictured and Dhom was very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile.
It is centrally located-yoga 3min walk(around d corner), mini mart 3min walk, cafes restaurants 3min walk, surf beach 10min walk.
Netflix and sports channels available, kitchen well appointed, aircons in living dining bedrooms. Very cooling sitting outside, there was a constant natural breeze flowing through, so it was nice to lounge outdoor by the pool.
Water pressure was not high enough for rain shower.

Spacious, fantastic location, comfortable beds, love the pool, very decent size and we had great fun swimming and just playing around in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful with prompt response !
Some lights were a little faulty but nothing major at all.

Location was close to amenities, restaurants and cafes. As it was off the main road it was located in a peaceful setting. The service provided daily by Krisna was excellent. He did a great job of keeping things clean and tidy. When we had plumbing issues he was extremely responsive to get repairs completed.
The photos of the villa on Booking.com appear to be when the villa was new. The actual villa is tired looking and requires refurbishment. The overall amenities within the villa require maintenance.
