Our stay at The Grand Daha Luxury Villas was the absolute perfect grand finale to our family holiday. After incredible stays in Sanur and Ubud, this was the third and final stop of our trip from May 20th–23rd, and it exceeded every expectation we had.
The flawless service began days before we even arrived. Management reached out via WhatsApp to check in, confirm our expected arrival time, and ask if we needed anything prepared for our stay. Their communication was incredibly polite, professional, and efficient.
When we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and refreshing drinks, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of moving across the island. What truly touched our hearts, though, was how the staff stepped up to assist my dad. Because of his severe mobility issues, getting around can sometimes be a challenge, but the team immediately hopped in to help him comfortably get to the villa while effortlessly handling all of our heavy luggage. Their kindness and care took a massive weight off our shoulders.
The villa itself is a total showstopper. It is exceptionally beautiful and aesthetically pleasing—unbelievably photogenic and perfect for capturing those Instagram-worthy vacation moments. The private pool was spectacular, and the spacious, open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area perfectly accommodated our family's needs, giving us a luxurious place to unwind together.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight. We simply ordered via WhatsApp from a huge menu with plenty of fantastic options, and the team delivered a gorgeous, incredibly tasty spread right to our villa. The portions were so generous that it easily kept us full and fueled until the late afternoon!
The WhatsApp concierge service made our stay completely seamless. Whenever we needed something, management responded instantly and handled it.
