A lot of mosquitoes(Night) and ants(Day) in the house at Day & Night
The washing machine cannot drain at the end of the washing process and the clothes cannot taken out after drying…

Very unkind when we tried to reschedule!
We tried to reschedule our trip due to Corona. We sent an e-mail only 2 days after the formal cancellation deadline (because it only escalated then).
Still more than one month before arrival, my contact person was not open to anything. Not even when we did not ask for a refund but only tried to set new dates for September. He was not thinking of people’s health and fear, only of his own business, which I think is a pity in times when people need each other most.
(The employees we met where very very kind tough!)
