We loved the location & the adventurous entryway down the alley. Felt like we were locals. We also got tattoos from the tattoo shop directly opposite our door and loved the Bun Cha around the corner!
The bed was a little small but absolutely ok for one or two nights!

It centrally located near the beer area at, yet somehow quiet. There is everything inside, including a washing machine that was very convenient for us at this point of the trip. The decoration was amazing and the staff easy to reach out to, I.e to setup the appointment to pay.
If anything, just know that the room itself only gets day like from the terrasse door but doesn’t have a window in itself - can be a bit dark!

The best place we stayed in all of Vietnam. A lot of thought and care have been put into the place. Beautiful decor and wonderful amenities. Host is also very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Highly, highly recommend!
Loud music at night from the nearby night market, but everything died down after 11 pm so not too bothersome.
