KemKay Old Quarter

Es súper amplio y está en pleno centro del casco antigüo. Todos los puntos de interés están a 10-15 min caminando. Hay miles de tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes en las calles. Muy luminoso. Camas enormes y muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado muy potente. El propietario es encantador y te ayuda en todo. Pudimos dejar las maletas después del check out hasta ir al aeropuerto.

Es un tercero sin ascensor con unas escaleras muy estrechas y dificultosas. Al menos, hay un elevador solo para subir y bajar maletas. En realidad no tiene 3 habitaciones. Una de las habitaciones es el salón. Da a la calle y no está bien insonorizado. No se puede dormir bien. Baños con escalones que dificultan el acceso. Impracticable si tienes un mínimo de dificultad para la movilidad. No hay apenas menaje de cocina. Mejor comer fuera. En fin.. luces y sombras.

Hosts were friendly and super helpful. Large apartment. Comfortable beds. Location in the old town is brilliant

Steep steps up to the apartment. The apartment does not have 3 seperate bedrooms. 2 beds are in the lounge and one in a room walk through to the kitchen. Fine for family as we were. Maybe not so much for others

Location, right in Old Quarter. Close to night market. Lots of places to eat around the apartment. It also had good kitchen facilities to make own. Washing machine with detergent meant we were able to wash our clothes mid trip. Lots of space in the apartment. Two bathrooms both clean with basic toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Decent towels. Hosts were great, friendly and good communication. The apartment is noisy but haven’t downmarked for that. It is in the middle of town’

This is not a 3 bedroom apartment as would be expected in the west. Three double beds are in the living room furnished by a bathroom. Two double beds in a room leading through to kitchen and another bathroom. Another double bedroom off this room. There are no doors, only curtains on doorways of all rooms except bathrooms and double room. We were one family so lack of privacy not such a big issue but could be for other travellers. Entrance is down an alley between two shops and up two flights steep stone stairs. It may not be easy to locate but our daughter in law is Vietnamese so no problem. Luggage comes up on a baggage elevator with the host there to help you lift it in and out. The stairs are the only reason we would not stay there again

旧市街中心部の南に位置し、うるさ過ぎず、アパート周辺に全てが揃っている。 部屋の広さは充分の、快適空間。さらに素晴らしいロケーション。

道路に面した部屋だけは、街の騒音が聞こえる。その他の部屋は、非常に静か。 狭い階段を3階まで上がるのが、少し大変です。
