The room is too good. It's a huge room with big beds and all the necessary things that you would need. 11/10 for the room and special mention to the host.

The stairs to the room are slightly dangerous as they're little steep. as i travelled with my aged parents, that was the only thing that didn't make it to the 11/10 list.

Location and spaciousness . Owner is helpful . He kept asking if anything we need. He suggested lots of sightseeing and good eatery. Whenever need he is able to help us. He allowed us to keep our luggage for extra 1 hour after check out time. But still we didn’t like as in this budget we can book 2 rooms in good hotel. But it’s our fault as b4 booking we haven’t read reviews.

It is on 4 th floor. Stairs are scary . It is good for young students in a group but not good for family or who does not like stairs. It wasn’t mentioned in advertisement that the apartment on 4 th floor. Also it’s actually 2 specious rooms separated with curtains so no privacy. Bathroom door not able to close from outside. Curtains are torn out. See the pictures

La entrada es un poco desconcertante pero típica del casco antiguo

Po pierwsze były bardzo wygodne łóżka. Po drugie miejsce posiada balkon, co dodaje klimatu, a znajomi mogli palić papieroski z widokiem. Po trzecie, obsługa była wspaniała. Nasze walizki wjechały mini windą na ostatnie piętro, więc nie musieliśmy ich wnosić. Ilość łazienek była wystarczająca na 7 osób. Zapewniono nam wodę z baniaka. Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna, głośna, ale wszędzie w Hanoi jest głośno. Działa klimatyzacja i wiatrak. Jest WiFi. Dookoła są świetne knajpki i słynna kawa.
