Great pool and spacious rooms. We had a three bedroom apartment that housed 6 of us (one sleeping on the couch). Rooms are dated but comfortable. About 10 mins from old town by taxi, but a supermarket and other local shops nearby. Breakfast was decent with a nice range of options.

was given a room facing the school which got very noisy from 8am onwards which interrupted my well need rest

Big appartment with, big rooms, clean, nice swimming pool. Breakfast basic, bit fine. Although not in city centre, we enjoyed the more authentic vietnam vibe in surrounding area. Decent hotel for a few days
The swimming pool deck (wood surrounding pool) was in really poor condition, style and quality of hotel (furniture) outdated. We had a leaky bath.
