Very clean rooms with good A/C and good showers (pressure and temp). Cleaning available on request and good safety with keycards used for elevators and doors.
All shops in the area close quite early so need to go into town which is a 15-20 min ride. There are road closures on weekends which affect the journey from the property to the town. Also there was no mention of a deposit but we had to give one (1 mil dong).

Close to all the attractions but not too close to all the party streets, plenty of restaurants to walk to. 5-10 min drive to Old quarter. Staff were great. Cleaners come in every two days. Great location. Aircon system for each seperate room was great ahaha esp. in the 40 degree heat.
A bit dusty in one of the bathrooms. Overall very clean and spacious.
