Very spacious, clean and good facilities. Excellent location as only a short walk to the French quarters and old town.

Perfect location, very central to get anywhere
The staffs are not very flexible. They insisted to charge extra money if we wanted to check in 15 mins early. We had to wait on the hottest days of Hanoi.
However, cleaning staffs are very nice

Les toilettes japonaises. Ménage réalisé au bout de 2 jours sur 4. Réactivité de l’hôte. Les espèces et EUR sont acceptées au contraire de ce qui est indiqué sur le site.
On ne savait pas qu’il fallait laisser une caution à l’arrivée de 1 000 000 VND. Supplément si paiement par carte bancaire : + 5% !
