Our stay at Drumie Home was truly wonderful. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. What made our experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thanks to Long at the front desk, who warmly welcomed our family during check-in and was always friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Sadly, we had to leave early because of an early morning flight. We sincerely hope to visit Vietnam again next year, and when we do, Drumie Home will definitely be one of our first choices. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Access is through a dark alleyway, people living beneath and on sides. Have to be very quiet when accessing at night

The property is in a good location in the old quarters. Staff responded quickly to messages. Nice that it can accommodate large groups. Beds were comfy. Overall, the stay was ok for one night but I do feel like the pictures and reviews don’t match what we thought we were getting. Please read Google maps reviews as well.

The pictures are very misleading - it really is a bit dated, dark and dingy. If the pictures were more accurate it would’ve been ok. Multiple bedrooms have no window. The kitchen and bathroom area were a little dirty. The keys were hard to fit in the door and we had trouble multiple times being able to get in and out. When we arrived, all of the rooms were so hot, although they did cool down once we figured out how to use the old aircon.
