We had such a lovely stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, always kind, welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Son Dao, who went above and beyond to help us organise our transfers to Sapa. He was incredibly helpful, patient and always available whenever we needed something. He really made everything so much easier for us and made us feel very well looked after. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

We couldn’t fill in the pool due to local water restrictions
