The property is located right in the midst of a busting old quarter area. You can get chau, bun rieu, and pho with less than a one minute walk. There is plenty of room for the entire family.
It is a bit noisy because of the location, but the host does provide earplugs for the light sleepers. The noise was not a big deal for most of our group.

A great location in a typical narrow Hanoi city house. This provides a great base to explore what especially the Old Town of Hanoi has to offer.
If people in your group have mobility issues, this is probably not the best choice for you. Also, if you are noise sensitive - this is a busy and bustling location. Ear plugs are provided though.
