This is a recently renovated, VERY well equipped apartment. It is a two minute walk to a huge beach promenade with excellent restaurants and bars. Lots of nearby free parking. Getting into the apartment was easy. The lock box and code worked perfectly. We were VERY comfortable. So much so that we stayed two extra days. Wifi was free and very good as well.
We had no problem with the stairs but some might find the three or four flights up a bit challenging. There is no elevator. That said, anyone in reasonable physical condition will have no problem at all.

Die Lage war top und das Apartment war ziemlich süß.
Es gab im Treppenhaus eine Baustelle und wir wurden nicht informiert. Leider sehr schmutzig, sperrig und gefährliche Gegenstände im Treppenhaus.
